Company provides salary on time and the job security. Both things required to a middle class family or an employee. Overall I have spent 2.5 Yrs in this organisation and learned the corporate culture.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...s were really supportive. Have outings every month funded by the company itself. Bonus is really good. If you're a committed person, can earn a lot through incentives

In my experience, didn't have much of a bad one. Only thing was growth will be slow and yearly raise is not much

Work life balance is very good.Depending on the project there are no restriction on work from home. No dress code. Lots of good policies for women and specially abled people.

Salary hikes are very less.
