Misleading starts from HR itself, less salary than told orally. Not at all job security might be different for different teams but for renovation team it's the worst. Company should hire good leader who understands roles responsibilities of each team member who are working with different departments & assign the work accordingly. Passing out from IIT doesn't mean that person has good enough leadership qualities this is for our super manager

...ion and if ask for leave than it will mark as LOP even if the reason is genuine. The authority stands at the first to deduct an amount of salary without any reason and if asked for it then they would ignore by stretching the days. Work from home nor leave even for a single day was not allowed if the person is suffering from some health issues So the environment in nobroker is highly toxic where no one can stay and work there permanently with a peaceful mindset. If you want to go in a depression then kindly join nobroker property manager ( customer support).

Toxicity within the organization CH's are buttering their higher authorities and dont take stand No language proficiency and lacks communication Pressuring to achieve the targets or else resign or will be terminated next day Organisation has Pre Sales, Sales and Post Sales team but Sales team has to do the work of pre sales as well by attempting 100 calls along with going for site visits Organisation is lacking providing the leads and criticizing for the failure in achievement of targets but won't be supporting the team

Politics to the core. They treat employees like slave.. make you work and do not pay incentive. They are hiring people from Byjus and working in real estate like Byjus. Giving all resale leads because they have resale leads only and asking to do primary sale from it. Giving unreasonalble target 3cr to an employee with 45-50K salary per month. Hire in NRI vertical and give all local resale leads. They do not give direction only pressuire to give business. Fire Hire policy. How much ever work you do they do not appreciate only expect more , greedy people. In Human Treatment.
