Toxicity within the organization CH's are buttering their higher authorities and dont take stand No language proficiency and lacks communication Pressuring to achieve the targets or else resign or will be terminated next day Organisation has Pre Sales, Sales and Post Sales team but Sales team has to do the work of pre sales as well by attempting 100 calls along with going for site visits Organisation is lacking providing the leads and criticizing for the failure in achievement of targets but won't be supporting the team

No outings No good appraisal Inside Politics Hint: Once you entered into NB as a client advisor, you have to achieve targets every month because we are selling flats which worth crores, what management think like we are selling vegetables and it's very easy to do...Where they don't know the ground reality how a sales guy is facing lot many situations to solve the clients queries.... If you are not reaching the sales target in 1 month then you will recieve a PIP mail to prove yourself on next month if not you are out of the system 🚨So beware of Nobroker

Working as a client advisor at NoBroker has been a disappointing experience due to several concerning aspects: - The use of unacceptable and unparliamentary language by the city head when addressing low-performing colleagues is highly unprofessional and creates a hostile work environment. - Communication skills among colleagues in similar roles are severely lacking, especially during client interactions, leading to a negative impact on client relationships. - The city head's discouraging attitude towards client advisors, lack of professionalism, tardiness, and casual attire undermine the company's image and employee morale. - The office environment is substandard with broken furniture and a lack of lockers for storing valuables during site visits, highlighting a disregard for employee well-being and safety. -Employees are promised a six-day work week but are frequently required to work on weekends without compensation. -Employees are frequently required to work beyond 10 hours, sometimes extending to 12 hours, due to unprofessional business practices enforced by the city head, creating a distressing work atmosphere.Employees are frequently required to work beyond 10 hours, sometimes extending to 12 hours, due to unprofessional business practices enforced by the city head, creating a distressing work atmosphere.
