How unprofessional. Can you leave one day early without hearing taunts as if it was a huge favour done to you akin to kidney transplantation?? Lol forget it. If you are someone who can tolerate bs seniors, lic. k their feet, nod to everything they say, let them shout at you as if you commited a sin, lay down your life for them, suffer me. ntal harrassment everyday, yet keep smiling and pretend all is fine with manager, like being watched 247, join this company and that one particular team which sits in other building, in an odd number floor. You will also be watched 247. You never know a simple discussion about tv serials, or news, or weather can determine you will get promotion or not. Everything is a test. I think hunger games was easier minus the part where you perish

Getting basic salary with lots of deductions in Servicing role, penalties and LOP for silly reasons, lots of work pressure, unprofessional Managers, you will feel frustrated to work, there will be no work life balance only work work work from morning to night that too no extra pay for over time, lots of politics, favouritism, no leaves, your manager will behave like your maid, nothing is there to like you will feel you are in hell

Worst company never gives holidays in the company just need to work like robots no salary hike just 1k for 6 months shit man even for farmers we will give every day 1k farmers package is 4.5 in this company mine package is 2.4

Work culture is bad pay is very less compair to market they will pressurize you to complete the target and then go home. I have worked here for 15 months just imagine y did I left the job. Please don't believe all the stuff and go blindly. it's a fraud company l. Find a better place to work instead of here.
