Company environment and culture is good. teammates are supportive and the company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is alot of politics and the salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I have worked in painting sales team Please give training to manager to convert sales leads 0 knowledge in sales and lead If manager need to work in marketing field painting department manager will be the first person to fire by the organisation
