There is nothing one can say anything good about working here . It’s horrible company to work for !

Ok let me describe this in details . This is for all the people who are planning to join this company . Firstly - Even if you get a maximum hike for joining this company , Pls don’t join it’s a career suicide . Home store has two verticals : Interiors and renovation . Let’s begin with interiors : 1. Firstly Sales happen with all lies and the team talks as if they are doing a great work but actually they are just giving fake assurances to customers and take project . 2. Design will do all the changes and quote may not be in the favour of the customer and they go for the refund or into execution 3. Operations is a messed up function here . There were couple of good Managers in mid level leadership who were trying to bring change however they were asked to leave or they got a better offer I don’t know but they left . Here the procurement team is so corrupt that they take bribe from all their vendors and factory . I am sure that the leadership team knows about this and still silent on this . All the procurement team speaks and works for the vendor and not for the company . Neither project manager words are heard here for improvements or improvisation . Procurement team works for their own timeline . They are least bothered about the timeline shared to the customer in the beginning . We are forced to get reviews incase we don’t get we will have to take paycut . All the reviews given in the website is fake . Either it’s a forcible review or sham . Let’s talk about the leadership team : It’s a joke here none have a vision to work towards common goals . All are egoistic . Vertical head is a stupid person whom I have seen who doesn’t care about his own team . He is least bothered about anyone except for him . He is insecure about his presence . Mid level leadership- All are working since they are not getting any alternate offers . All are scared about the leadership as they don’t know when they will be asked to leave . All Us the PM : We don’t know what’s happening we are losing good leaders just because they fight for us and are against wrong doing . We are demotivated and many of the fellow PM have absconded . Let’s talk about Renovation as I got a chance to work here as well for 2-3 months : Firstly I don’t know which company allows people of the same family or relatives to work in a vertical and report to the same person . Yes this happens only in nobroker . Renovation is one department where sales is taken care by a lady who doesn’t know anything but just at their fellow colleagues and she does all the wrong things Infront of our eyes . Nobody speaks against this because all know that her brother is a vertical head . Her team does all the quote errors and blame is put on the project manager . Then comes procurement team in this function even he is related to the vertical head and sales lady . So these people just play around with all the PM and with the customer . When ever there is an escalation all the blame is put on the project manager. Not sure how this will function in a long wrong . I have made a worst decision by joining here and now I have moved on . Suggestion : People who would like to genuinely want growth and peace in their life , pls don’t join here and waste your time. I would wish the owners to check the status . I don’t think so that would be helpful as well because even they are least bothered .
