They will have salary discussion after u got selected and they ask u how much u want take home salary and they accept that.before 1hr joining they call u and tell the salary details as what u asked for take home is ur CTC we can't do anything right now. U come join will have appraisal after 2mnths they will say. Before joining here must ask them the offer letter through mail if they not given don't go if they want u to come.

... happy that I got with NobleServe. Team leaders are friendly. All are respected. Correct salary got. Overtime salary. Good benefits - Insurance and ESI. Accident claim helped me. Happy

Worst HR Team No value for hardworking employees What is the purpose of adding leaves for every month when u r not approving leaves. If anybody dies or any health problems in ur family bring their deadbody to office or else they wont believe. They will call hospital for confirmation. Give 200% efforts... at the end u won't get any support from them Joining in Nobleserve is like forget about ur family and ur health. If u guys r orphans then u can join in Nobleserve because u don't have to think about family. RndR and promotions only for coimbatore team.

Feel working as a family. It's a second home for everyone as everyone treat as equal.

No transport and hence female employees cannot be deployed work from office during night shifts which is a drawback

I don’t like anything in Nobleserve.. not an good environment to work.. horrible culture.. Not an supportive team..

There are several points that I dislike in Nobleserve.. Worst work environment, no job security.. if they want to layoff an employee they will say lot of unnecessary things😂.. even coffee provided by them will be like hot water.. we don’t get any benefits in that company..
