I felt really bad when there is no support from the higher management when it comes to salary, there is no growth and appraisal in this company even my salary was credited late. My last working day was the 5th of May 2023 still I did not get FFS its been 91 days even i have been waiting for a Digital signature from employer to withdraw FP by 60 days still it is on pending whenever i speak to HR they will tell it will be done but they will not do the needful. I am totally disappointed joining this company

...to like , nothing stands Avanze apart from other companies except the bad stuff. Nothing good except you get your salary on first working day of the month, even that too gets delayed sometimes. They've reduced the notice period so all the employees they put on furlough or have fired can find other means, that's a good thing .

The top management have no clue how the lower management treats their productioj employees. If the work's getting done, that's all they want. They don't want to check how their lower management is getting that work done, there's a lot of ego and weight throwing around. Zero work-life balance. People just want work done when they want it regardless if the employee is on their deathbed. There's no work culture, just a namesake HR who just conducts namesake activities. There's no bonus, no goodies, no benefits, no incentive, only pain of working over extended hours every other day without any appreciation whatsoever. Also, you have no idea when you're gonna get a call that you're fired. The US shift hours are a dread after a few years but there's nothing you can do about it

Nothing, it's a worst company to work with, no culture and no respect for the employees. They treat you as animals
