Company have very bad culture, It has no HR policy. Even after notice period complete Employee could not relieved on time. 12 hour working culture and to be always stay inside factory accomodations specially in Unique beverage. No refreshing culture at all. Toxic management behavior at all.

Terrible food Quality Terrible working environment Large group of uneducated employees working at good position. A Hell for professionals and intellectuals. No personal life. Living in a jail. HR took custody over passport People treat you like a slave

One of the best company, if you are looking for the comfort zone in life - Trust me Noble Group is the best. Best Employee as owners don't feel egoistic or arrogant in talking to employee of any level. They are always ready for any employee, there are some strict actions taken when required. But overall I will continue working in the company till my golden age. I'm sure it will help and secure my retirement very well.
