New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Working atmosphere is good, staff are sincere, honest and hard working. However due to some limitations of cooperative banks, competition from peer banks in the matter of technology and FD rates and frequent salary holding of branch manager for pitty reasons are some bottle necks in all round development of the Bank.

Dislikes

Tpo management timely decisions, boosting morale of employees and discontinuing salary holding practice would be a much needed demand. Opening more branches at business places to fetch deposits are the need of hour. Besides proper staff training is also needed.
