Working atmosphere is good, staff are sincere, honest and hard working. However due to some limitations of cooperative banks, competition from peer banks in the matter of technology and FD rates and frequent salary holding of branch manager for pitty reasons are some bottle necks in all round development of the Bank.

Dislikes

Tpo management timely decisions, boosting morale of employees and discontinuing salary holding practice would be a much needed demand. Opening more branches at business places to fetch deposits are the need of hour. Besides proper staff training is also needed.

Likes

Nothing, they hold my salary every month, only pay 30k a month even Branch managers get 60-70k but they pay less and huge pressure.

Dislikes

One of the worst organisation so far, I joined as branch manager in september with said there no sales involved. Now everyone pressure to sale by going out, Meeting people randomly. I live in Noida with my husband, have rent to pay that’s why can’t leave job but no one should join this company, One of the worst company I worked with, all seniors are scammers.
