The compensation is decent as per market but work pressure is very high. Work life balance is very poor. Any time you get a call and you will need to answer it. There is no collaboration among team. No on job training and no dedicated training, hence you don’t learn anything new while on job. Needs just sales only, not ready to face challenges of the market.

Work life balance,upper management don't wanted to know the ground realities and challanges. Only number is important.

Company has a legacy of being a pioneer in implant and abutments but currently the management has not been successful to cater to the customers if East and North-east India

Management did not listen to customers greviances instead expected customers to buy nobel products which is not possible if you are not taking care of customers complaint

We are getting work from home facility without any salarycut. We have private health insurence by company for My family. İ am thankful to Dr Hasan To arrange The plans and shift Schedule To do work during pandemic.

Dependent Upon govenment projects. Nobel bio should start investing on their own projects with investments as well.
