The management is very horrible. No discipline n no principle. The company is from 1950 but there is no growth. They don't let to go their employees also.

Worst environment, no paid leaves. HR team and Manisha Mittal records all sorts of conversation for all employees. They watch and listen to them as entertainment. They make the employees put 5 star forcefully. A lot of unlawful activities are going on. Please don't trust the other reviews and stars. No person in the sane mind would rate 5 stars to this.

The Last place to work in the world. Construction work has been ongoing for the past two years, leading to deterioration in the health of employees; some have even fallen ill. Salaries are not disbursed in a timely manner, with payments often received on the 10th of every month or even later. The management constantly consumes gutka and frequently uses the word "Bhaiya". There is zero professionalism, and employees lack proper seating arrangements.

Dislikes

There is no paid leaves. They make you work for 9 hrs from Monday to Saturday. If you don't have work still they make you sit in office. Worst office culture someone can think of.
