...good employer, PF, gratuity is not paid to employees. Job security is not there. Salary is being paid late. There is no staff welfare facilities. They are tipical Lala type management. They hire & fire with no sufficient reason.

...on the area where you are situated. If you work in HO, expect faster promotions. No incentive structures, you have to totally depend upon the salary, which increase after 2-3 years

FAVOURITISM is there No direct conversation Total childish behaviour by some people Manipulation of your words They will going to blame you even if you are not wrong when it come to favouritism. Some People like to gossip, they will exaggerate your words and tell it people

Excellent job security. It's the job anyone in the education - training industry would want to have. Great work culture, generally employee - friendly policies and benefits.

...ow. You'll be on a contract for 3 years, further two years will be on probation. You may receive about 10% salary hike when you go on probation. Finally after five years you'll be a permanent employee. So if you're in for the long haul, this is a good option, else not really.

care and loving nature of the management who are analysing and knowing your efforts taken to nurture the student for better carrer.

...e are not willing to take lecture and practicals running away from their duties ,who are working only for salary and not for students.
