Everything in this company is disgusting. No work culture no ethics . the seniors in this company are very unprofessional From HR to senior executive they talk you like a street guy . You feel you are in a factory. The most worst is the whole place is very congested, there is barely a space for walking. In the name of security in the plant for engineers they just provide a pair of shoes beside that no helmets no dress covers . As an Engineer there is literally no use of you . They want you to handle the daily laborer's as if you are a contractor . They don't know how to behave with their colleagues. Working hours are really bad. And the continuous noise of machine . And the best part is you No personal Cabin and nothing personal space because you have to stand with laborer's all through day watch their work they don't even provide you good chair to sit . And at last when you will leave with your internship certificate you will get to know that this is not a company , they write service center in your certificate instead of company . Good organisation to work & excel own skill sets. Gives ample freedom to take decision & implementation of changes. Focused on business results drive through entire work force.

Need great efforts to uplift overall culture to level of a true MNC. Current pace is steady but too slow

Bad management, Plant head is not even a graduate. HR policies are just on paper but None are followed. Decieving candidates by showing Russian plant website but in reality this plant was taken over from a private company. The infrastructure and work is still of a small scale company. No career growth.

very poor culture as per present culture, No supporting management like HR,Plant Head they all are non professional. but now its was grow up but it will take much more time to make a good culture in this current management.
