Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This is the worst school i have ever experienced. There is no job security none kind of workable atmosphere and no friendly staff. I suggest to all ,,please don't think for work over there.

Not good experience in this group..they informed first for confirmation of job and after 1 month they informed you about for probhition period and not clear the reason for dissociation

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

There is nothing positive about this organisation

Dislikes

Bureaucracy, unhealthy work culture, no respect for employees ,working for irrational hours still no growth. Moreover the centre team in Arya nagar and director has no manners how to conduct themselves . Fake promises and always underpaid . Job is on their whims and fancies ,not ones capability. No job security
