Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It was really outstanding to work with NLK ....it helped me to know real me.... enthusiastic people should go there without hesitation...... payment is not that good but a variations or skills can be enhanced over here...... sometimes it's difficult to balance personal life with professional life due to extra working hours...

There is nothing as considered as disliked but sometimes hard work remains hide due to not becoming a good orator on the other hand few lazy and unprofessional people are appreciated just because they are good orators...... Most importantly I prefer hard work should get more appreciation than a good English speaker.......Hindi is a very beautiful language I don't know when we would start giving preference to our native language.
