Vary on people Like, Yearly Bonus is getting splitted into Two equal installments now(6 months gap) to retain the E'ees and no profile improvement is possible, so u might be supposed to continue in the same design., either.

Only I felt happy that work life balancing is good here. My manager cum reporting boss in good person.

Dislikes

...nteresting to work here if our efforts were equally respected and recognised. Salary are very less and increments are miraculously negligible. I don't like the way management responds upon employees issues. Administrator irresponsibility and country head's carelessness on issue resolution.

In my life one of the best company I worked... Give more space to learn new thinks daily.. Friendly atmosphere eco official place I loved it...

Timings... Office located in heart of chennai mid of nungambakkam. Office timing is 9 to 6 Due to heavy traffic in peak time, reach office little bit late only

There is nothing much good to say. Only good thing about the compamy is country manager is a very understanding and nice person

Very very strict timings. Extreme politics. No phones allowed inside. Cannot get work from home easily. No adequate manpower because of which all the pending work pressure is put on existing people. They ask you to work on weekends ( extra work) but you should come only to office and work. Timing is very strict. 9 to 6. If yu start by 5.59 also you will be questioned

Very Good work environment. Its a right place to work for freshers . will be useful for gaining basic knowledge on Insurance. All co workers are so friendly.

Strict timings 9 to 6. Lack of team coordination.
