Client was NTT Data Gurgaon. Worked as contract employee so no job security. They paid salary as agreed on time. Responded to queries quickly. Overall experience has been good. NLB as my payroll company has been good.

Good thing is working with client as have agreement with them (NLB- Client)and get pay for that.

Negative things is your leaves are created every month but you Neither get leaves (EL- earning leaves/sick leave/casual leave) neither NLB is pay for that it is loss at the year end or if you resigned. Thank you.

Pathetic experience only good thing got employment under reckless organization.

Each month mistakes in salary statement. Delay in salary (after 7th of the month) Delay in payslip ( after 15th of the month) Management and HR Team always give fake statement. No proper response from HelpDesk and finance team. Finance always makes mistake in salary processing.

The HR dept is fantastic and has helped a lot during an emergency situation. My colleagues are all very supportive and that is a driving force behind such fantastic flow of work
