Indian micro management, They are trying to take money from employee. if you are leaving ; you need to pay for the international travel expenses and one year unwritten bond. Company policy will change every month. Team lead will not allocate good project to you, no learning curve, always asking for time sheet with weekly and monthly target hrs.
Independent work, open communication, good place to work, flexible working hours, HR and Local management are easily approachable. good company culture, We have freedom and opportunity to ask questions to top management in quarterly town hall meetings.
Company need to have good retention policy, which i feel critical for NKT success.

Very bad attitude of Indian management, No voice is heard. HR and Head of Chennai office are very narrow minded. Getting money in the name of travel policy which was not mentioned in offer letter, No growth, No clarity on companies progress, Clear ignorance on employee's well being. Overall dissatisfied.
The corporate role and work-life balance are okay or good when compared to core companies.

Micromanaging local managers without understanding the real work with stakeholders. Hire and fire the methodology of managers without repositioning if the project ends (will say negative review). There will not be any support for work or handovers if the job is outsourced, as the engineers there feel insecure about their job being outsourced to India. Travel with no reason to just put a bond for one year. No reasonable work, which didn't turn to KPI and poor increment.
Nothing to like, interms of communication hr delivers something which you will come to know is not exist, initially they says permanent work from home no need to come to office and later on they deny for saying that
