Not much actually except that each department should strive to excel interdependently instead of being stiff or non-communicative sometimes.

I appreciate they have clear vision to achieve greater goal. Food and accommodation provided to all the staff.

Still work style like old school process. The company is very good and still they achieve great with great people if they implement better employee benefit programs .

The Owner is Very Good they keep their all Employees just like Family. The organization focus on hiring quality people reather than quantity of peoples. The work culture is also good as they keep everyone like family. They are very passionate about their work.

Dislikes

As they are very passionate about their work so,they focus more on work then, it get difficult to maintain work life balance
