Till the moment when some Retired seniors from UPPCL were the part it was very nice. The time i joined it was really a very wonderful begining.

There ia nothing to like. Salary not on time is major factor. Believe in links and nothing else. They dont need performances

... is not good. The employees are not given much valued as per their capability. Lots of community based bias is there in respect to promotion ,Appraisal, motivational ,mentor , The salary structure is good but no work life balance. Bold minded staff are getting either scolded or terminations on raising true story .Overall co.is good but people are not so value proposition and also community base culture.

Totally not career growth non- technical related job and lots of community based bias.

There is nothing much to like, I just liked the account of the holiday.

NKG's management is very poor, the staff doesn't get salary for 3 months, there is no fixed date for salary, they can give it anytime like Lala ji's shop, the food provided by the company is of very poor quality, there is no fixed duty timing, people are fired without even issuing a notice.....

You will get salary once in 3 or 4 month.

Company will fire you in single day notice even your boss will make you stay at site before last day to complete other personal job and tell you to take leave for tommarow and suddenly next morning you will get termination letter.

Salary let hai ek Month 1month me 2 hi chhutti milati hai 11 ghante proper kam karna hota hai 11 ghante mein ek minut bhi leta ti ₹200 katati hai salary promotion company mein hota hi nahin hai na salary badhati hai. Sunday ki chhutti nahin rahti hai.

PF Aisa hi kuchh nahin katata hai salary cut jaati hai 11 ghante mein ek minut bhi kam hue to . Machine dwara punching hoti hai.
