The Leader based out of Hyderabad was terrible.
He had zero knowledge about real estate about
Hyderabad, And he was only interested with
Working with girls ,Always used to give bad feedback to the HO about guys working in the organisation , I know there is no point of putting these words here . As there will be no action taken against him, A female staff had complained about
Him ,But no action taken against him.
Give opportunity to all employee to work freely and the support from HOD in terms is good

...rove more in IT department in terms of response back of any difficulty and mail. Also need to upgrade the salary structure of 10 year old employee to make him satisfy to serve. Also need to incorporate pension for the retire employee.

6. RUBUL HATIBARUA is there. Who is the ultimate discussion maker, even owner of this company also blindly obey this person. Be aware from RUBUL HATIBARUA. He is not a good person, main culp**t of this organisation.
7. Very poor salary structure. Those who joined earlier they are getting low salary than those who joined recently but in a same designatio.
8. Poor pre sales. Poor lead generation.
9. No holidays for front liner except week off. Only holidays are applicable for back office.
10. Complimentary off scheme is there but managers don't allow to take those leaves.
11. Base line is very muddy.
There is a lot of politics and they never give incentives on time. In some team they haven't got the incentives from last 1 or 2 years. Salary is decent but career growth is very very slow.
Company Policies are commendable, On time salary unlike many others in this industry and there was no deductions at all during the Covid situation. When you are in NK atleast your compensation is in safe hands. Great scope of learning throughout, especially what I liked is that despite its a broking company, you get to have knowledge and gain the efficiency to work just as a builders' sales and marketing people do. Also, apart from the intolerable politics by some senior colleagues and managers, company culture is very good, structured and organized, and system-bound. Leave policies are also good. I left the company, buy can never say a bad word about the company as a whole at all, its only some particular people who were, are and will keep being problematic.
I did not leave any bad company or bad job, but I just left some bad people/boss. It's not just me who suffered the internal politics, many others do suffer same way and leave. Probably reporting doesnot also help much as many of such people have already been reported but their position is intact. They just get away with their performance, and keep on being far sighted and partial
