There is nothing to be liked, company is run by few bunch of crooks especially new Delhi office. Who manage their contacts and other illegal tactics to get the projects without any resources to execute them. Then put tremendous pressure on existing few poor resources.

Dislikes

No worklife balance, salary delayed for months. There is nothing positive about this organisation especially New Delhi office.

Likes

The management is very supportive during the lockdown period. The management is trying its best to give salaries to all its staff, though in the present scenario, it has taken certain had decisions such as salary cuts but there has been no lay offs!

Dislikes

There has been a consistent delay in the salaries. The compensation in monetary terms is decent but growth is slow. At times work pressure is high, but appreciation through emails and during annual retreat is being done. However, the same is not being considered during appraisals. Further, there are no on-board training for the freshers however guidance from seniors is always there.

Salary Will be credited on 8th of every month. For Employees who are working in Office it is good but for Execution team it is not good.

Dislikes

For Execution team over time we have to do and No support from Management and All the work controlled by Project Manager it depends on his mood.

...cellent. All are dedicated to the concerned works. So environment is fruit full. Timely salary etc.

Dislikes

H.O concentrate at nuclear person. They only believe there nuclear person. Others person's are not their concerned.

company provides basic facilities for the employees.

Dislikes

no job security, they hire consultants for project completion and then fire. also no on time salary payment. I am still waiting for my salary for Month of December.
