I would just say if you give your best the. You will get best. But if you will just keep complaining about challanges you will face then you will get nothing.

Dislikes

Sometimes it's hard to keep balance between life and work but I think if u schedule well your self in time and activities then it is managable.

Nothing. Totally Sarkari Culture with few old employees sitting and dictating others. The old employees are not even aware about the professional ethics because they have never worked anywhere else outside NJ

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
