Company rules are good appraisals fair and they give good salary like bonus every year. We can develop our skills because of good environment and supportive teams and management.

Lot of politics especially by the top members. They have a hierarchical structure. No innovation in work. The one who caresses the seniors succeed and are there for many years despite not much work and efforts. Even some seniors don't know are technically sound. To add lot of politics. For example in a java Development they have java team lead and then java manager. Like that for all departments. Lot of hierarchy and politics. Favoritism too.

Time - no overstaying after 7pm, on time salary

Finlogic Technology (NJ Group) is where i have my first job. I began my career as an employee after completing my internship. In finlogic technology, I have learned so many things.In addition to work, learn about ethics and how to work in a corporate environment. Up until this point, I have had a great experience. Thankful to Finlogic technology for giving me this great opportunity.

inside interior is good. Job security is a bit there. Good for freshers and localities of Surat.

Pathetic Management. HR, TL, and Managers are toxic. They extend the probation period without giving any feedback and no leaves will be provided during probation even if you have health issues or an accident you have to apply for Leave without pay. Canteen food is provided but most of the time it is half-cooked, overused masala no sugar will be given if Curd is on the menu. No Cab facility. No nearby rental houses were available if you were a bachelor or coming from outside of Gujarat. Too much partiality towards non-Guajarati People.
