Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Working from 8 am to 11 pm, even on Sundays not had taken much leaves but still not worth it, they want me too work even harder and more even in rain. Seriously my worse experience ever. I don't like a thing.

Dislikes

...ontrary they say that you do it for you no-one told you to do work for soo late. They don't even pay on time, don't even give full salary. Always fool their clients with their supplies soo much bad quality of the furniture. They don't stand on their own words, can't trust on them with my single rupee. Before applying please must read the reviews on google.
