I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. If you want to play with your life. Just come to work here.

Dislikes

This is not a company. This is a resin manufacturing plant. When i was there in company it was nightmare to work there. You have to work there like causal worker. No safety, No work satisfaction, No growth. Disastrous company. Owner takes All the profits in his pocket.
