Nivoda Is good with Other Benefits, Like PF, Unlimited Leave Policy, and Salary on Time, but when any one resign they treat them bad

Nivoda when i join was very good in Culture, but day by day the office culture becoming Toxic, and the Managers working there they think they are more then Company Boss, starting they will treat you like you are the best and after few months you are not valuable, that's why lots of employees leaving Nivoda due to the Toxic Environments. Nivoda need a good Leader to handle the India Office, because Leader of the Office is always not available at office mostly working from home, so how they can control the Toxic environment. As i said Nivoda Company is good if nivoda comes down it will due to the Bad Leader who is handling the India Office, and worst part they always telling they support each other, that is a big lie if you ask anyone help and ask the manager to give some help from their colleagues, they always deny. No helping hands. Back biting employees and buttering employees only get good appraisal and promotion. IN SHORT NIVODA SHOULD HIRE A GOOD LEADER TO HANDLE INDIA OFFICE

Their differential culture and policies amongst employer, the way they treat employees before joining and at the time of leaving! Highly power hungry top management to play politics, Favouritism, differentiation and gaslighting. Their policy are great only on papers

No ethics of doing business, controlled heavily by sales, Business data is stolen from other similar business. management is only looking for profits and does not care about losses and listens only of few people. get the things done and kicks one out of the office.
