Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

I(Ekta Dhingra) am currently working as an Ecommerce deputy manager for Nivia Sports, a company with great potential for growth both nationally and internationally. The vision of our CEO, Mr. Kharbanda, is truly inspiring, and I was impressed by it during my induction. What I love most about working here is the sense of teamwork that I experience on a daily basis, as well as the strong relationships that I have formed with my colleagues. It's clear that Mr. Rajesh, our CEO, genuinely cares about his employees, and this is reflected in the positive culture of the company. Recently, during our year-end get-together, Mr. Kharbanda explained the company's mission and vision through a PPT, which was a great opportunity to gain a broader understanding of the company's goals. I have joined Nivia sports as a Data analyst in April 2023, and it is one of the most easy and friendly organization to work in. I would like to share my experience with Nivia Sports since I joined in February 2023. I was very excited to work under such great management. People here are very kind and helpful. Plus, the workflow here is very balanced as one is given adequate time to complete their tasks. Overall, I am glad to be part of this group and want to be actively involved in their future endeavors.

My overall experience at the company has been great. Since, the first day, I have never felt like a new employee. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow and the workflow balance is good. Overall i am quite happy to be working in such a great environment.

The office timings are a bit strict.
