There is a lots of politics and the nanagement does not address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth us slow.There us a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign.

Worst company worked till date...they dont give u salaries nkr they give u incentive. Plz dont fall for the trap..

...nivesh global is good..In that company there are some teams they play politics..They won't give salary nd commission also...They will cheat and if you ask salary they will block you in social media..At the time of joining they will give.one.comminent after that you have forgot comminent..

Incentives is only the positive point you will going to work with this company but you will get it after full payment by your client may takes 3 to 6 months. You will get timely tea. But if you are working in dwarka office, may you won't get that too. In short no positive to say. At the end of the day your work is of telemarketing don't despite of your post name BDM ,Asstnt BDM etc.

May be you will get your first salary all depends on your team leader. You have to do the deal to get your salary. At the end of the day deal matters. Otherwise all your hard work is zero.
