On job training is what you get here. Self learning process. No trainings provided generally. Vast knowledge on the sectors is based on their motto of travel & sell. Friendly team mates. Working environment is good.

Dislikes

Compensation & benefits are not great. Travel exposure is poor. Hard work goes unnoticed. Lack communication on appraisals. Work pressure is high. Short on man power so leave issues. Policies favouring the company.

Likes

Some colleagues were a joy to work with. Senior would delegate the job and not continuously keep asking if it was done. Good support from some of the other team members

Dislikes

They will hire you for one thing but give you another job to do. No proper company policies. The company policy changes anytime in the year. No overtime. No paid maternity leave. Owners follow the hire and fire policy. Office space is not great. No canteen.. no facility to heat food. No proper HR person...that is managed by Accounts and the owner who don't even know what their policies are when asked.

Team mates come from different backgrounds and we worked happily in collaboration. Work enviornment has always been satisfactory. The best part about my work was got on job training which gave me a first hand experience of being independent & informative all by my own which in turn boosted my confidence & helped me in building good realtions with my clients. Their USP is they travel first & gain in depth knowledge of the place to give maximum benefits to the guest. It was a great learning experience.

Dislikes

Training is an on & off procedure not followed religiously. Compared to the work pressure which is very high, when it comes to salary & appraisals they fail to deliver. No compensations for overtime & no act of appreciation. Terms & policy benefits are mostly to the company. Employees always suffer which is the worst part. No value for loyal employees.
