Worst Management Ever. Higher management vice president n manager are jealous of your salary and package. They will make you fear that they will cut your jobs. Jobs insecurity. Manager will do favouritism. Worst hight management people i have ever worked with.

The company is at good financial state so less chance of getting laid off. Supportive managers.

...l the sprint end. People serving for a long time and delivering are not valued. There is no standard for compensation, people with less experience and skills get high pay. Their Bar is so high that you can't achieve it, hence no good ratings, doesn't matter how much effort you put in. They start asking for more when ratings/appraisal time approaches. Unnecessary drama and time waste.

...ut it's policies are very mature. You get a positive and lively work culture. The company did not remove a single employee in the name of cost cutting. Also it provided significant assistance to employees that got severely impacted by covid financially. They also provided free counseling for such employees, especially who lost their lived ones. Truly took great care of everyone, just like a family!

Truly no negatives with this company. It's handsomely rewards it's hard workers.

1. It’s always firefighting and internal teams only don’t agree on a final outcome thus impacting customers 2. No job Security 3. Managers are given too much power. Even if you can prove you are not at fault it does not help. No one listens. 4. CE Team has potential but needs a good Manager to lead it
