There is no growth in company once you complete the one year you ask HR again again review the salary next the extend up to 2 month if they reviewed then it from current month up 1k. this is common for this company

1. They gave me a good increment when I joined them, initially . 2. You get extra pay for weekends (on approval of client manager)

1. Poor HR team, no proper communication and they just don't care about the employee 2. The employee is just a cash cow and when the project ends, he /she will be fired, no matter how loyal and hardworking the individual was. They follow the HIRE AND FIRE culture 3. The accounts team is full of lazy and drowsy individuals. They never respond to any of your queries and Jan to April expect delayed salaries with statements like TAX calculation in progress 4. Insurance and other benefits are just a facade. If joining here make sure you have another proper family insurance 5. All SOPS provided at the time of joining are rhetoric and baseless

Company will never put work pressure on you. Here, everybody get sufficient time to complete a task so no one feel mentally or physically tired and always keep energetic.

Company never hike in salary even you work here 2 years or more.

This is my payroll company. I was deployed on client side. They do not have development centers in Pune or Mumbai. Pune office staff was having hardly few ladies.

Dislikes

They used to pay salary on every next month's 7-10 date and even more till 12 if holiday comes in between. They will not pay before if there are holidays ahead. I have submitted my investment proofs during(on timeline cycle) notice period but they have not accepted and considered in full and final settlement.

It's a consultancy. They will provide salary based on your timesheet approval by your client. They will not provide experience letter until you will get final settlement (after 2 months ).

Dislikes

On time salary not provided. Experience letter not provided when we left organisation.
