And hired people in very low salary and at the time of appraisal they provide you 3% or 5% salary appraisal and end of time employee have to leave the job due to very few salary appraisal and doing this with every employee and every time of salary appraisal.

1. They gave me a good increment when I joined them, initially . 2. You get extra pay for weekends (on approval of client manager)

1. Poor HR team, no proper communication and they just don't care about the employee 2. The employee is just a cash cow and when the project ends, he /she will be fired, no matter how loyal and hardworking the individual was. They follow the HIRE AND FIRE culture 3. The accounts team is full of lazy and drowsy individuals. They never respond to any of your queries and Jan to April expect delayed salaries with statements like TAX calculation in progress 4. Insurance and other benefits are just a facade. If joining here make sure you have another proper family insurance 5. All SOPS provided at the time of joining are rhetoric and baseless

Hi I am woked there for past 6 months as DMS Executive. Very worst experience in this ever in any other. No one will move as a friendly relationship in job. Continuous work actuall timings is 8 hours per day. But I worked more than 10 hours. If month end more than 12 hours. No over time expense is provided there. Management is not giving more time to learn job roll. Without any information suddenly they given notice in 20 days time leave the job. Simply in one word very very very poor management. No garranty for job in there management.

...raining 2) Team leaders in this job is very crude every time to team members. 3) Very low salary for this DMS Executive job profile. Beacuse it is none other than we can say as A BPO Job. 4) work environment is very worst. 5)Work life balance is very difficult in this company 6) No job security any time can go out side the campus. 7)simply they will blackmail every time.

1) Not have Job security, 2) They wont maintained Bench policy if the project completed they will fire you immediately, 3) Monthly only one leave they will provide ex: if the month have public holiday you took leave they will consider you took 2days leaves then they will cut your 1day salary. 4) They wont tell this things initially, 5) they will pay your salary between 7 to 10 .
