Unreachable HR. Phone no is not available at all, whatsapp no reply at all. If you're lucky you will get reply through email after 1 week or you will not get reply at all. Will never pay your EPF/KWP on time an sometimes they even missed the monthly EPF/KWSP payment. When you try to check with them, as mentioned no reply from them. They will change your employee contract without discussion any will request for payment. As it happened to me, it is really a SCAM. Bring your original employment contract and need to fight with them.

1. They gave me a good increment when I joined them, initially . 2. You get extra pay for weekends (on approval of client manager)

1. Poor HR team, no proper communication and they just don't care about the employee 2. The employee is just a cash cow and when the project ends, he /she will be fired, no matter how loyal and hardworking the individual was. They follow the HIRE AND FIRE culture 3. The accounts team is full of lazy and drowsy individuals. They never respond to any of your queries and Jan to April expect delayed salaries with statements like TAX calculation in progress 4. Insurance and other benefits are just a facade. If joining here make sure you have another proper family insurance 5. All SOPS provided at the time of joining are rhetoric and baseless

It was a great experience working here. The only issue you will face here is the Salary Bar which is low other than that all everything is sorted. Everything was managed and taken care upto the mark.

Company will never put work pressure on you. Here, everybody get sufficient time to complete a task so no one feel mentally or physically tired and always keep energetic.

Hire from nityo infotech but work with ntt data so i am not getting more opportunity to increase life balance and skill development.its only everage in everything.

Providing the lower package to fresher. So it's very bad for engineer to servive in Gurgaon sector.
