Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive, there is no politics and the management is transparent. Higher authority most helpful. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year.

Fraud company.. they didn't give my 1.5month salary.. estimation department sbse bekr hai.. mentally harassed krte hai.. kaushik mondal support this.. female candidate not safe in this department.. they talk about family and sexually also.. department head also support this..

Very bad work enviournment they have no culture they alaws busy to conspiracy. Manegment behavour is so ugly. They dnt give ur sellary what u actuly deserve and there is no increment also

Nitson Amitsu is family business, jointly run by two ex employees of same renowned construction company. Management is flexible and will consider your thought to take any decision. Work freedom is there.

Important posts are headed by old and trusted employees, so, new employees may face initial issues. People from old school, working with old thoughts. Not ready to accept new management methods.
