Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive, there is no politics and the management is transparent. Higher authority most helpful. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year.
