Company has good clients and they offer competitive package to new joinees and flexible timings

No much of good appraisal they will give good CTC in beggining but they won't give good hikes yearly they don't try to retain much even though env is very challenging not much of help from senior management just they outsource to clients and you are done

Nothing - HR are liars. They said 3 month notice period but gave only one month salary and gave the threat that they will teminate if not resign .

Manager use to see the stock market only and not even know about the projects which they are handling. When any issues in project they only blame the team and fire them.

Mental Health Risks: The negative environment has reached a point where it can affect employees' mental health significantly. There is a real concern that this stress and anxiety could lead to serious consequences, similar to tragic incidents we've seen in other companies. It's crucial for management to recognize the long-term impact of their actions on employee well-being. Advice for Management: It's imperative that leadership undergoes training on effective communication and conflict resolution. Creating a supportive and respectful workplace should be a priority.
