the salary is very low i m here last 7 year and my salary is 19000 i m start here 4500 and stil i m only 19000.u can also assume the growth of a salaary here.

There is too much casteism in the company and there is no such thing as professional behavior in the company. Or the management does not take any action even after giving advice.
