I've seen many drawback in other companies in Nagpur like No holidays, strict extended working hours, strict HR policies with salary deduction and so on, I'm fortunate that it is not there in Nitika. People at Nitika enjoy their works and work with peace & Harmony. Rules & regulations are backbone of any organisation and it is been drafted and executed in workplace for maintaining discipline and decorum. One can't ignore it.

There's nothing to like. Everyone complaints of working here. Frequent resignation from employees was observed during my tenure.

Poor safety and quality at work. 13 fatalities in the fire Incident and no compensation. Incompetent staff.

It's work life balance, all over is good company for start up. Skill development is poor for accounts department. No Work satisfaction only for accounting entries or no manager support for accounts team.

No compensation or benifit like pf esic or other allowance, accounts department salary growth is very poor, not managerial support for team

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that’s it. I am looking forward for a place of work where they value creative thinking and where managers are receptive to the feedback from their subordinates… This is not the case with my present employer. Not suggest to join....
