1) Work Life balance is good. 2) Brand Image and Brand Name is good in the Industry. 3) Using brand name of NITCO, one can get good job. 4) Work Exposure is Good. 5) Opportunities for Self learning. 6) Work environment is Good. No office politics. 7) It's a Floating company. 8) Management putting effort to improve companies position. 9) Good company to start the career, as one can learn a lot. 10) Industry respects the people from NITCO brand and they receives good opportunities. 11) Company has good brand name in the market and demand for their product is high. 12) With good funding and investment, company has all the capabilities to bounce back and rise a one of the top companies.

...ns on time. HR send a mail in May, it discuss in July and happens in October. 2) No arrears will be paid for incremental salary. 3) Promotion is not on the basis of performance and achievement. But it is barter deal on what additional role you will take. 4) Company does not have any work culture. No event, no festive celebration, nothing. 5) Medical policy is of only 2 lakhs for 90% of employees, which is too not effective. 6) HR Dept. is only for recruitment and helpless, they does not do anything else. Not even diwali. So it's basically a ship is floating in the sea, could rise and sail high OR could be sunk as well.

Some of the problems am facing now; 1. unavailability of ready stock to supply customers. 2. Lack of branding and brand awareness 3. Non updation to recent trends and needs of customers which competitors are doing. 4. No appreciation and motivation. 5. Sometimes pressure is very high. There is a compulsion to work in sundays in monthends.
