If you like to learn this is the good place to practice, If you are working offshore, you get limited chance to prove yourself as a good coder.

Dislikes

Some higher smart managers are not knowledgeable enough to drive teams. They follow only Nisum guidelines. No one actually for help you to go dev community easy. They even afraid to talk with clients because of less experienced. Duration of working hours normaly 10-14 hrs a day. Very complex application breaks your patience.

Micro management, doesn't care abou employees, worst review rating - one guy will decide all the employees rating , doesn't matter even if you perform well. H1B selection will be biased, those who in favour of management will get nominations. If you are serving the company for 15 years you will be unnoticed.

Linkedin Learning available for skills development, work-life balance as opposed to other service based companies where people are forced to work for 12-14 hrs.

No cultural fit, no job security, no clarity on roles. I dont see myself contributing to overall growth.

Work life is good job security is good but they have silly restrictions like 6hrs mandatory to work in office we have night calls but they don't care and only 1 day per week wfh

Time micro managing at office and they won't provide extra wfh even if you have a proper s Reason and tracking, salary hikes are 10-15% max if you are lucky

Promotion will be provided based on attending videos early morning. judges will judge you based on you ppt and client appreciations. Appraisal is very less. Food is free without taste and not healthy.
