Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Promotion lavel is very poor and not good judge the skill lavel ,safety, environment condition is very poor and some difficulty to communicate with operator and other worker so I am not completely satisfied....Thanks for the team of NISSIN PVT.LTD.

Dislikes

Thear is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joining.

...llowance like overtime and 2 hour overstay allowance is also provided for staff. Bonus is not CTC salary part so inhand salary is good.
