Job is secure if you dont argue with your reporting officer. Less office politics Works totally like goverment organisations.

... WORK. Crrent Management is inefficient. Every major decision is taken by SEBI Ther are no policies related to work, benfits and compensation. Ex: howsoever if you save company 50lakhs then also dont expect greetings.
