...ile I was hired for. In fact be it any department you are supposed to do sales. Salary date is very late. The material resource head Zeena P***r is the worst manager ever worked with. She micro manages the work, shows to the management that you are worthless and all the work is done by her. She makes plans with the other HOD'S to remove people from the organization. She will pressurize you if your sales team don't complete their targets. No value for the manpower especially if you are hired in MRP team. No stock availability as per customer requirement but will pressurize you to sell the material that they have stock which the customer doesn't require. All are credit takers and show off people. The company is a bunch of senior citizens who use the old methods to work with no proper software. No growth, even if you complete a decade here. Will be asked to work apart from the work timings. Never join this company.

Extreme work pressure on achieving the sales target, keep regular meeting on sales target even if you work for Account dept or Admin so you can understand whats other situation..

Dislikes

Immature people , asking to work on holidays or week ends. No annual increment, No promotion or No seniority in position.
