Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I was a very good experience. Since I was the only lecturer in Electronics, I enjoyed alot by preparing students for theory, practical and some projects. I some how disappointed by some experience faculty, they won't allow to implement our own ideas and they try to press down every new faculty, specially ladies. But students response was so good, due to this teaching experience stood first in Ph.D. entrace test conducted by Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University and I lose NET examination by 2 marks. I really happy with the students.

Dislikes

Domination of higher authority and experienced men faculty
