I worked Nishat for almost 1 year 5 months, i don't feel that I like anything there.

Dislikes

...velopment things are lacking there. job is secure but career growth is lacking. Salary is below to the market price and appraisal is really tough to get. There is no employ benefits, No Employee leave, no medical leave, no pf deduction, no medical insurance, in form of leave there is only CL that is one in a month. work life balance was also not very satisfactory cause there is lacking of manpower. I was there at nursing college and we were only 8 faculties in entire college.

I would like to talk about physiotherapy department and it's worst of its kind . Here no actual physiotherapy only some tricks to try the movement and may underlying structure cure ... Very funny treatment type . . Once I'm so frustrated when head physio order me treat patient without knowing their dignosis . Very bad physiotherapy

Dislikes

No skill improvement, no Carrier, no life , uneducated head physio.
