I worked Nishat for almost 1 year 5 months, i don't feel that I like anything there.

Dislikes

Teammates were good cooperative but lack ambitious. I don't remember that I even attended any training at my period of time. Staff development things are lacking there. job is secure but career growth is lacking. Salary is below to the market price and appraisal is really tough to get. There is no employ benefits, No Employee leave, no medical leave, no pf deduction, no medical insurance, in form of leave there is only CL that is one in a month. work life balance was also not very satisfactory cause there is lacking of manpower. Work Details

I was there in a post of Nursing tutor. I am not very satisfactory to work there. People should not choose such institutions where you do not find any Employee benefits leaves, lack of hike or low salary with maximum work in a less hands.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
