Nisa industrial services is very good company in guarding service, in salary, in job security, career growth and team management, but nisa has from some time not achieving his goal in personality of guard, this is my own opinion. But I love nisa and being happy to part of nisa nine year.Nisa has adopt innovation and latest technology.

...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not givan to new joinees.

Not at all as there is always a salary delay of 2 month.i never got the salary on time even today also havant recived a salary of november month.there is no bonus since last three years.no dress no shoes.company never send bill on time.as a middle class person i m facing lots of difficulties because there no salary on time and no bonus since last three years

...s working hard day and night not only normal condition but also in covid19 time. So I request u please give salary to those are not feeling well and not able to come office at that time.

...giving 21 paid leaves in a year, and every employees is having rights to get it. Because every employees is not only security guards but also the human even he has right to get it paid, and if he is not taking the leave whole yrs, then he should get the 21 days salary end of the year.
